Over the past week, 424 condo and co-op apartments throughout Manhattan and northern Brooklyn experienced price reductions. These included a penthouse in celebrity favorite 443 Greenwich Street owned by Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton, who listed it for $57 million in March. This $5 million price cut may have been among the week's largest by dollar amount, but other listings in similarly prominent buildings were slashed by dramatically higher percentages.
