As April 2024 drew to a close, CityRealty data shows that inventory throughout New York is up slightly month-to-month. Prices are holding steady as well, if starting to stir a little in some categories. Perhaps this is unsurprising, between interest rates staying where they are for the moment, election year anxiety, and quality of life concerns in the city.
