Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 16-story, brown brick apartment building was erected in 1924 and converted to a cooperative in 1986. It has a two-story limestone base and its avenue frontage is distinguished by its peaked cornice and arched windows on its top floor.

The building has some decorative balconies on its next to top floor and a denticulated string course above its third floor. The building has a doorman and permits protruding air-conditioners, but no pets. Some of the apartments have fireplaces and washer-dryer units."
