A number of experts recently told The Real Deal that they're sensing a return to the market seasonality experienced before the pandemic, with brokers sharing anecdotes of experiencing an uptick in listings. However, CityRealty's total of 9,556 public sales listings show a small drop from the 9,773 at around this time last year.
