Now, in its most recent incarnation, the “new” 20 West Street condominiums is offering 18 fully-renovated apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom homes. The units can be delivered with either a sleek white modern or grey, industrial finish.
Evan Shaffer, the Douglas Elliman listing broker for the 18 renovated units, says, “We are marketing and selling these 18 newly designed apartments in 20 West, which is why we’re calling them the ‘new’ 20 West. This is a renewed perspective of the building based on updates and increased efficiencies we’re bringing to the building.”
