Over in Brooklyn, the new 550 Vanderbilt luxury condominium has just announced the launch of its Neighborhood Partners Program, a collaboration with leading local businesses in the Prospect Heights neighborhood. Through the program, residents will have access to exclusive opportunities with the celebrated James Beard-nominated restaurant, Olmsted, and acclaimed wine shop, Vanderbilt Wine Merchants. Through the program, developers Greenland Forest City Partners aim to showcase what the area has to offer as well make residents' everyday lives a bit easier.
Some current offerings of the program include one-on-one gardening with the farm-to-table restaurant on the building's 8th-floor terrace and the ability to text Vanderbilt Wine Merchants staff in real time for recommendations. The wine and spirits partner will additionally offer wine pairing consultations, delivery services, and a "first look" at special and rare wines as they become available. More features will be added to the program as residents move in.
