"This attractive, white-brick, 13-story apartment building was erected in 1960. It is a cooperative and has 103 units.

This neighborhood is very convenient the Midtown office district and there are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is excellent cross-town bus service on 57th Street and a subway station is three blocks north at Bloomingdale's."
