This grey-brick, 19-story apartment building was erected in 1963. It was converted to a condominium in 1985 and has 118 units. This pet-friendly building's amenities include a full-time doorman, live-in resident manager, new laundry facilities, storage, and bike room. 

It is just to the west of the Murray Hill Annex Post Office and is close to the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel.

The building has a one-story, white-brick base and a canopied entrance with glass doors. It has a doorman, some bay windows, some terraces, sidewalk landscaping and it permits protruding air-conditioners.

This Murray Hill neighborhood, which is convenient to Grand Central Terminal and the Midtown Business District, has some charming residential sidestreets and excellent public transportation. It offers easy access to Kips Bay, NoMad, Midtown, and Chelsea.
