Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 7-story, apartment building at 298 Mulberry Street was erected in 1986 on the northeast corner at East Houston Street diagonally across from the great third-story, gilded statue of Puck on the Puck Building.

It was acquired in 2015 by Broad Street Development, which is headed by Raymond Chalme and Daniel M. Blanco, and Crow Holdings, a national real estate investment fund, along with 304 Mulberry Street, which occupies the north end of the street."
