Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 15-story, white-brick, apartment building was erected in 1965 and converted to a condop in 1991. It has 74 apartments.

It has discrete air-conditioners, but no garage, no balconies, no roof deck and no health club. Lexington Avenue has a very wide mix of retail in this area, which is close to Bloomingdale's and traffic heading for the Queensborough Bridge."
