Carter’s Review

"This very attractive, 18-story building was completed in 1987 and is one of the anchors of the Upper Broadway renaissance that has transformed the area from a run-down neighborhood into one of the most vibrant and desirable in the city.

The 18-story building was developed by Jerome Chatzky and designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron. It contains 140 cooperative apartments, many of which are duplexes with double-height living rooms with balconies, an apartment type that was very rare in full-service buildings in the area."
