"This attractive, beige-brick, 16-story building at 235 West 102nd Street on the northeast corner at Broadway was erected in 1928 and converted to 345 co-operative apartments in 1976. 

It was designed by George F. Pelham, whose other pre-war apartment buildings include 33, 98, 290 and 300 Riverside Drive, 585, 675 and 710 West End Avenue, 10 West 86th Street, 81 Irving Place and 944, 1120 and 1160 Park Avenue. "
