"This handsome residential complex at 70 Charlton Street in Soho was scheduled for completion in 2016 with about 92 condominium apartments in a building on Charlton Street and about 23 affordable units in a similar but narrower building on Van Dam Street.  The mid-block buildings are connected by a garden and a glass-enclosed breezeway with curved inner wall and both buildings are 21 stories tall.

Extell Development and Angelo, Gordon & Co., are erecting the complex and Beyer Blinder Belle is the architect.  Workshop/APD did the interior design."
