"This attractive, 7-story apartment building at 236 17th Street at Fifth Avenue in South Park Slope in Brooklyn was erected in 2017 by the Prospect Construction Corporation, which is headed by Nicholas Malafis and Ioannis Glyptis who were also the team behind 683 Fourth Avenue and a new development at 337 11th Street.
