Carter’s Review

"The 9-story, red-brick building on the northwest corner of West Broadway at 1 North Moore Street is a very handsome mid-rise addition to TriBeCa that is notable for its corner windows and very attractive masonry details.

It was built in 2011 by the Vella Group, which is headed by Zachary Vella and Justin Ehrlich, and designed by FLAnk Architects. The Vella Group acquired the site in 2010 from Peter Moore for “a reported $9 million,” according to an article by Carl Glassman in the August 30, 2010 edition of the TriBeCa Trib. "
