Carter’s Review

"This 7-story building at 52 Thomas Street on the southeast corner at Church Street in TriBeCa was created from four loft buildings that were built in 1915 as shoe factories and a 1980s addition and converted in 2006 to a residential condominium with 20 loft apartments.

Jeffrey Cole was the architect for the conversion that was undertaken by 200 Church St Association."
