"This  handsome building at 93 Worth Street on the northwest corner at Broadway was converted to a 17-story condominium in 2013 and has 92 apartments. It was built in 1924 as a 13-story building and the conversion was undertaken by IGI USA, (Izaki Group Investments USA), of which Elad Blaustein is a principal.

ODA Architecture PC, of which Eran Chen is a principal, designed the conversion, which included the addition of four floors."
