Carter’s Review

"This stepped-plan condominium tower at 235 East 40th Street between Third and Second avenues is tucked away rather discreetly despite its large size.

A 40-story tower with 370 apartments, it offers a location that is very convenient to the Grand Central district and is the best situated in terms of convenience and proximity to Midtown compared to the cluster of "full-service" high-rise apartment towers that sprang up around the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel. "

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "impeccably maintained" midtown residence offers an "impressive array" of amenities including a "full-service health club," swimming pool and squash court. The "newly renovated" lobby with attentive staff welcomes residents home, while the "prime location" near Grand Central provides "unbeatable access" to transportation. "Countless dining options" and "peaceful parks" surround this "perfectly situated" building at 40th and 2nd, making it a "sought-after address" for young professionals working in midtown.
