Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 28-story condominium apartment tower was erected in 1986. It was developed by Arum Bhatia Development Corporation, which also built the attractive Strand Condominiums at 500 West 43rd Street in 1989 and the Dunhill Condominiums at 401 East 84th Street in 1985.

The building has rounded columns on its first floor, a double-height lobby, and a concierge."
