"These twin, pre-war, 6-story buildings at 223 and 225 West 10th Street between Bleecker and Hudson streets in the Greenwich Village Historic District have a total of 42 condominium apartments.  They were built in 1893 and converted from rentals by Time Equities Inc.

They are close to a PATH station on Christopher Street."
