"This five-story, red-brick building at 92 Horatio Street in the West Village was erected in 1920 and has 77 cooperative apartments.

It has an intercom system and an elevator and protruding air-condiitoners, fire escapes, curved lentils and three bandcourses and no sidewalk landscaping and no garage."
