"This handsome, 9-story condominium apartment building is located in the heart of the Far West Village, half a block from the fine waterfront esplanade of the Hudson River Park and a few blocks south of the lively restaurant district in the "Meatpacking" district and the many art galleries of Chelsea.

The apartments have open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and maple cabinets and limestone countries and washers."
