Carter's Review
This handsome, mid-block, red-brick, 5-story building is a cooperative with 36 apartments.
The building has sidewalk landscaping, consistent fenestration, a pleasant lobby, and high ceilings. It has no doorman, no garage, no health club and no balconies.
It is close to the Asphalt Green, Gracie Mansion and Carl Schurz Park and some leading private schools. While this is a relatively quiet neighborhood, there is good shopping and numerous restaurants not far away to the west. There is good cross-town bus service on 86th and 96th Streets, but this location is not convenient to subways.
