"This attractive, 12-story, mid-block building at 222 East 80th Street between Third and Second Avenues is known as the Kimberly and was erected in 1963.  It has 95 co-operative apartments. 

The building, which is on a tree-lined street, is convenient to numerous restaurants and good bus transportation."
