Carter’s Review

"The 13-story, red-brick structure between York and East End Avenue was erected as a condominium in 1981. Not too far from Carl Schurz Park several blocks to the north on East End Avenue and another small park overlooking the East River three blocks to the south, this building, which has 68 apartments, is convenient to some of the city's finest private schools. The doorman building has very broad windows, some terraces and some corner windows. Although it is quite far from subways, it is in an attractive residential neighborhood and there is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street. The building is just a block away from the southbound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. The project was developed by Rockrose Associates and Rothzeid, Kaiserman & Thompson was the architectural firm."
