Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 7-story, light red-brick, apartment building was erected in 1959. It was converted to a cooperative in 1981 and has 183 apartments.

While 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Streets between Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas are among the city's most attractive residential blocks, this block has some commercial uses."
