As Radiant launches sales, see the top 15 fitness centers in NYC condos

New York has no shortage of fitness studios and boutique fitness centers. However, gym membership is optional for residents of a growing number of buildings: New development condos are making increasingly luxurious, well-appointed fitness centers a key component of their amenity package. They feature high ceilings, luxe finishes, state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, and bells and whistles like pools, sports courts, and specialty equipment. Not only do facilities like these make it easier for residents to fit in a workout, but they foster a sense of community among fitness enthusiasts in the building.

Radiant fitness center (Redundant Pixel LLC)

The latest example may be found at Radiant, a newly launched condominium in Long Island City. The 19-story building designed by ODA is immediately distinguished by its undulating facade, setback windows, and private terraces in the majority of apartments. The first public availabilities start at $665K for studios, $870K for one-beds, $1.575 million for two-beds, and $2.49 million for three-beds.

Residents of these homes are set to enjoy interiors by Paris Forino, abundant light from floor-to-ceiling windows, open-concept layouts, kitchens with marble countertops and integrated Bosch appliances, and baths with marble accents.
