The model unit at 277 Fifth Avenue is the perfect embodiment of the high ceilings and incredible sunlight that typify Fifth Avenue's tallest all-residential tower. A tube-in-tube structural design moves columns to the perimeter to allow for airy, column-free, flexible layouts. Ceilings heights average more than 10 feet, the floor-to-ceiling windows are framed in black mullions, and the walls are ideal for displaying an art collection. The open kitchen features a Calacatta Saccheli marble island, a customized suite of Miele appliances, and oak cabinetry. Master baths are clad in full-height marble walls and heated marble flooring.

As residents started to move into the first condominium in Essex Crossing, a model unit styled by ASH NYC was unveiled. The apartment's warm-toned millwork, grey-veined marble, and white oak floors provided excellent bones for the artistic, colorful design. Contemporary art sourced from the nearby Denny Gallery was used as a bridge between the old Lower East Side and the new age the mega-development is ushering in. While both bedrooms have luxe wall coverings, the most eye-catching part can be seen outside the window: beautiful views of Lower Manhattan.

Neiman Marcus's New York flagship is opening in Hudson Yards next spring, but a small piece of it can already be seen: Ken Downing, Senior Vice President and Fashion Director, has styled a model unit in Fifteen Hudson Yards, the first residential tower to be completed in the superdevelopment. The apartment provided an excellent layout and sweeping skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows, and Mr. Downing provided a collection of colorful art and furniture to create a "jewel box in the sky."
