Separately, a notable price chop occurred at 322 East 57th Street in Sutton Place, where the price of a high-ceilinged co-op once owned by Kathie Lee Gifford and her late husband, football player Frank Gifford, was reduced by $400K. The Giffords sold the stately spread in 2001 after the board rejected three prospective buyers. Here’s to wishing the current owners better luck.
