Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 7-story, light red-brick, apartment building was erected in 1959. It was converted to a cooperative in 1981 and has 183 apartments.

While 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Streets between Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas are among the city's most attractive residential blocks, this block has some commercial uses."

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "well-maintained" residential building offers "round-the-clock service" with its full-time doorman and live-in super, while a "freshly renovated lobby" welcomes residents home. Practical amenities include an in-building laundry room and "efficient" three-elevator system ensuring smooth vertical transport.

Price/Room (Est)

Why are we displaying the estimated price per room?

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.

By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
