As of August 12, 2020, CityRealty listings show 10,990 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price dipped slightly down to $2,249,496, or $1,734 per square foot. The co-op median price also tilted downward a bit to $896,001.

Rental availabilities continue to climb to a total of 20,487 apartments for rent. Manhattan median rents, however, slipped slightly to $2,500/month for studios, $3,161/month for one-beds, $3,809/month for two-beds, and $4,799/month for three-beds.
Over the past seven days, 411 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions. Please be advised that the numbers in the chart and rundown reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
