As of this writing, CityRealty listings show 9,545 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in core areas of New York. This shows a small dip from last week, and the median Manhattan condo price also dropped a bit to $2,252,086, or $1,774 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price dipped to $876,055.
