As April 2023 begins, CityRealty listings show 7,967 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median Manhattan condo price comes to $2,498,784 ($1,853 per square foot) in a slight dip from the beginning of March 2023. Manhattan's median co-op price, however, experienced a slight climb to $1,000,992 in the same time period.
