Newly-discounted homes across NYC over the past week
From December 24-30, 2024, only about 50 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses throughout New York experienced price reductions. This number is low, but comes at a time of year when many listings are taken off-market — most often temporarily and to be restored to the market once people get back into the swing of things in the new year.
