Robert Redford’s ‘80s pied-a-terre is on the market for $1.395 million. Neighbors have fond memories of the actor’s presence at the one-bedroom Upper East Side co-op tucked inside a limestone mansion at 47 East 67th Street; the apartment features a double-height living room ceiling, a newly-renovated kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace (NYPost).

Rumor has it that young pop icon Taylor Swift was the recent buyer of Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson’s pair of TriBeCa penthouses at 155 Franklin Street. The side-by-side duplex condos were listed for $19.95 million – then separately at $5.1 million and $14.9 million – last May. The smaller of the two, a three-bedroom loft, boasts a 12-foot beamed ceiling and a 1,000-square-foot private roof terrace; its neighbor spans 5,869 square feet and offers six bedrooms and a double-height stair hall. Ms. Swift already has a Nashville penthouse, a sprawling Beverly Hills home and an historic Rhode Island mansion in her real estate portfolio and has been seen emerging from the TriBeCa loft building by neighbors; the singer’s recent Instagram posts showing her new apartment fit the description as well (RealEstalker).

Reality and Food TV producer Donna MacLetchie just made a move to a DUMBO condo at 70 Washington Street (pictured). The co-founder of Jane Street Productions (producers of Queer Eye and Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off, among others) paid just over $2 million for a 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom luxury loft with vaulted 12-foot ceilings, sustainable bamboo floors and a sleek open kitchen (NYO).

ABC news anchor Mara Schiavocampo just purchased a two-bedroom duplex at 71 West 83rd Street. The co-op in an 1884 building on a quiet Upper West Side block features 15-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of storage. The apartment was listed at $1.9 million and sold to the Emmy-winning correspondent after only two weeks on the market (NYPost).
