Demi Moore sells and Hank Azaria buys on CPW; downtown, Lena Dunham’s artist parents sell their TriBeCa loft; Kelly Ripa finds a buyer for a massive SoHo duplex with a killer rooftop hot tub.

Comedian and Simpsons voice Hank Azaria recently dropped $9.225 million on a co-op overlooking Central Park. The spacious–it was formerly two separate units–3-plus-bedroom apartment at the Rosario Candela-designed 75 Central Park West has 63 feet of park frontage, wood-burning fireplaces and a private elevator entry (CurbedNY).

Demi Moore is reportedly looking for a buyer for her triplex apartment at the San Remo at 145 Central Park West. The iconic Art Deco co-op building has been home to scores of celebs from Steve Jobs and Tiger Woods to Glenn Close and Dustin Hoffman (who recently sold his triplex for $21 million). The apartment is rumored to have a price tag of $75 million, which includes a two-bedroom apartment on the building’s ground floor also owned by Ms. Moore (NYPost).

Girls creator and star Lena Dunham isn’t the first creative force in her family. The young writer’s parents, artists Carroll Dunham and Laurie Simmons, recently sold their TriBeCa loft at 16 Desbrosses Street for $6.25 million. The super-authentic downtown artists’ loft is also the set of the younger Dunham’s first film, the critically acclaimed Tiny Furniture. The duplex condo is in a former textile factory, offering plenty of white, open spaces and and lots of natural light, and there’s a smaller duplex studio across the hall (NYO).

Kelly Ripa’s penthouse at 76 Crosby Street has finally been spoken for. The cheery chat-show host and husband Mark Consuelos listed the 6,792 square-foot 5-bedroom mega-duplex for $24.5 million last January; it entered contract for an amount rumored to be considerably lower than that ask. The pair bought the condo for $9.5 million in 2005 and proceeded to gut renovate, creating a SoHo paradise on celebrity-studded Crosby Street with a 3,073-square-foot roof deck featuring a hot tub and an outdoor shower (CurbedNY).
