One Williamsburg Wharf's open-plan apartments feature open kitchens with honed Calacatta quartz countertops and backsplash, custom cabinetry, Waterworks faucet, and integrated appliances from Miele. The interiors are kept simple so as not to compete with panoramic views of the East River, Williamsburg Bridge, Manhattan skyline, and low-rise Brooklyn neighborhoods. As a result of a detailed exterior design by Foster + Partners protege Brandon Haw, all homes have expansive nearly floor-to-ceiling windows that fill interiors with natural light. Select units have private terraces.
One Williamsburg Wharf is home to an exclusive amenities package that includes a landscaped porte-cochere, coworking lounge with private phone booths, lounge, dining room with pantry and kitchenette, and ninth-floor terrace with summer fire pit. Residents will also have access to the Williamsburg Wharf Resort and Recreation Club, which includes a fully equipped gym, multiple lounge and social areas, and a rooftop outdoor pool that becomes an ice skating rink in winter.
The condos at the 22-story One Williamsburg Wharf are located in one of five new residential towers set to take shape as part of a master plan that will yield roughly 850 new housing units, a mix of condos and rentals. It will also bring forth a new public waterfront park, a pedestrian boulevard to connect Kent Avenue to the waterfront, and an expansion of Williamsburg's cycling and pedestrian paths. Construction is well underway and taking place in phases.
The master plan is taking shape on a site located a short distance from the South Williamsburg ferry stop and on an increasingly robust waterfront. About half a mile north, the redevelopment of the Domino Sugar Factory site has transformed its area with Domino Park, the redeveloped factory building, and a series of new residential buildings. These include the two-towered One Domino Square complex, where current availabilities start at $1.8 million for condos and $4,662/month for rentals.
Occupancy at One Williamsburg Wharf is estimated for 2025. In the meantime, we take a look at apartments with beautiful vistas below. These beautifully appointed homes are located in full-service buildings in prime neighborhoods, and further enhanced by postcard-perfect views of the East River, the Hudson River, Central Park, the iconic Midtown skyline, the resurgent Lower Manhattan skyline -- or more than one in many cases!
