Overview of The 155 Condominium at 155 East 38th Street

The 155 Condominium at 155 East 38th Street is a 19-story, full-service condominium in the heart of Murray Hill. Built in 1960, the white-brick building features 176 residences and offers a 24-hour doorman, live-in superintendent, bike storage, and a newly renovated laundry room with a compactor room on each floor.

The entrance is distinguished by a dark-green marble surround, and the building is complemented by sidewalk landscaping. While there are no balconies, some units feature terraces. Discreet air-conditioning is incorporated into the façade, and there is no on-site garage.

Located between Third and Lexington Avenues, the building is surrounded by Murray Hill’s best restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities. It sits next to a charming three-story former stable adorned with a bulldog sculpture and is down the street from a refined 1940 townhouse set back in a small garden.

The location provides easy access to Grand Central Terminal, Park and Fifth Avenues, and multiple transportation options. Pets are welcome, and the building is known for its low carrying costs.
