Friday Night Dinners Are a Natural for Future Chefs

Friday Night Dinners give students at the Natural Gourmet Institute a chance to show off their talent with creatively-prepared healthy vegetarian cuisine.
L’Ecole, the restaurant of the French Culinary Institute may be known among New Yorkers as the top of the class in lab rat cuisine, but you’ll feel good about letting the chefs-to-be at the Natural Gourmet Institute impress you with natural and organic vegetarian dishes prepared with their newly-acquired skills. For each of their Friday Night Dinners, the Institute’s kitchens and classrooms are transformed into candlelit dining rooms where guests are served at communal tables to enjoy fresh, seasonal market produce, whole, unprocessed foods and naturally well-balanced three-course vegetarian menus.
