Though 19th century touches have been preserved, the 5 bedroom home has been updated with thoroughly modern kitchens and baths. The house last changed hands in 2008 (NY Times).

Madonna’s $32 million home at 152 East 81st Street just grew another level, and the new floor will reportedly be a gym, giving the material mom plenty of room for honing that buff bod (CurbedNY).
