Bruce Willis dumps Trump; media execs find the coolest places
Reports indicate that actor—and husband to model Emma Heming—Bruce Willis has finally shed his Trump Place condo at 220 Riverside Boulevard for $3.9 million (The Real Deal). The apartment, which Willis bought in 2007 for $4.2 mil, has 11-foot ceilings and all the accoutrements expected for a building with the Trump stamp. No word yet on relocation choices for the Die Hard star.
Sopranos actor/writer Michael Imperioli is still looking for a buyer for his TriBeCa house at 138 West Broadway. The price has been whacked by half a million to $6.9 million, but still no takers (via Curbed).
Executive suites: Former Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia CEO (and current president of PR company MediaLink) Wenda Harris Millard and her hubby have just purchased an enormous 3,800-square-foot, 33-windowed co-op at 260 Fifth Avenue for $3.95 million (NY Observer).
