High-profile power couple Pan Shiyi and Zhang Xin, owners of Chinese property mega-company SOHO China, are selling their pied-a-terre at 15 Central Park West for $17 million. The couple paid $7,738,700 for the 2,915 square-foot, three-bedroom condo in 2006 (mgross.com).

The Atelier condo at 635 West 42nd Street in West Midtown is offering a $25 million triplex–covering the 24th, 25th and 26th floors, a combination of six units–for sale. The entire 45th floor is also for sale at $85 million (there have reportedly been offers “in the low $50 million range”). The record sale in the building, despite its rooftop terrace with a skylit pool and lounge, is only $2.11 million (there are units on the market in the $1-2 million range as well), but that hasn’t stopped the building from seeking trophy apartment-hunters (NYO).
