Chelsea Clinton is in contract to buy a home in the newly-monikered NoMad neighborhood on Madison Square Park. The former First Daughter and husband Marc Mezvinsky chose a 5,000-square-foot 4-bedroom condo at The Whitman at 21 East 26th Street for $10.5 million (CurbedNY).

Knicks star Carmelo Anthony and wife LaLa are on the move–to a Carnegie Hill apartment at 1212 Fifth Avenue. The couple are renting the five-bedroom unit with a media room, library and private elevator entrance for $29,000 a month (CurbedNY). In other Knicks news, center Tyson Chandler and wife Kimberly are reportedly renting a spacious apartment at the Lucida condominium at 151 East 85th Street . The Yorkville building has also been home to Mets third baseman David Wright (NYPost).

Old-school Broadway star and nine-time Tony Award-winner Tommy Tune recently bought a penthouse at Southgate at 414 East 52nd Street for $1.37 million. The classic one-bedroom co-op in the Emery Roth-designed Art Deco building features 13-foot ceilings and a 2,700-square-foot wraparound terrace (NYPost).

Antonio Versace–nephew and heir to the late fashion icon Gianni Versace–recently moved into the Forward condominium building at 175 East Broadway on the Lower East Side, where he is renting a 1,330-square-foot, two-bedroom unit with Empire State Building views for $9,000 a month. The building is the former home of the noted Jewish Daily Forward community newspaper. The younger Versace is in contract to sell his 1,540-square-foot two-bedroom condo at 44 Mercer Street, listed for $3.35 million (NYPost)

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi just listed his SoHo duplex for $42 million. Bon Jovi and wife Dorothea Hurley purchased the 7,452-square-foot five-bedroom penthouse at the New Museum Building at 158 Mercer Street for $24 million in 2007. The home features three landscaped terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and two kitchens (TheRealDeal).

Rumors surrounding the sale of the late Martin Zweig’s Pierre penthouse at 795 Fifth Avenue are reaching fever pitch amid news of plans by the Wall Street investment guru’s widow to put the 12,000-square-foot triplex with four terraces, Central Park views and its own formal ballroom on the market next month. The one-of-a-kind Manhattan gem may be listed for at least $120 million, setting new records (CurbedNY).
