Elle Decor takes a peek into the perfectly modern/classic Trump Park Avenue penthouse shared by Ivanka Trump and publishing mogul Jared Kushner. Decorator Kelly Behun contributed her design expertise to the ten-room Upper East Side apartment at 502 Park Avenue, adding a “modern warm” color palette that works with the young couple’s growing art collection (Elle Decor via RealEstalker).

Curbed NY attempts to cook up the perfect NYC apartment match for celebrity chef Guy Fieri, whose newest eatery, Guy's American Kitchen and Bar, just opened in Times Square. Among the possibilities: 211 Elizabeth Street in Nolita, Emeril Lagasse’s $13.5 million apartment (still on the market at 158 East 61st Street) and a $7.95 million condo at 66 Leonard Street in TriBeCa that features a moveable kitchen island and a 52-foot-long living room (CurbedNY).
