Dance Gallery Festival 2012
The Dance Gallery Festival offers opportunities to up-and-coming choreographers and dance companies and provides exposure to up-and-coming artists in a state-of-the-art venue with production staff, marketing and public relations support. Since its inception, the Dance Gallery has presented 67 choreographers and over 300 dancers.

Stillspotting NYC Finale at the Guggenheim
As part of Archtober: Architecture and Design Month, the sounds of the city get their moment in the spotlight when the Guggenheim and Unsound host a variety show of presentations led by architects, artists, planners, scientists, politicians, philosophers, and musicians as a finale reflecting upon the off-site exhibition series stillspotting nyc. The evening’s program will include “Sound Intervention,” “Presentation,” “Discussion,” and “Reflection.” Participants will also get a chance to revisit elements of the related site-specific commissions from each of the five New York City boroughs.

The Public Theater’s Block Party
Join the Public Theater as they celebrate the rededication of their newly-renovated downtown home. Additional reasons to stop by include sneak peeks from new musicals, live outdoor music and other performances, gourmet food trucks and more. This project opens up the landmark building to the street, creating a community gathering point where all are welcome.

This big foodie weekend charity event will be filled to bursting with demonstrations, tastings, launches, edible goodie bag contents and appearances by celebrity chefs and food show hosts.
