Earth Day NY
This year’s annual outdoor Earth Day events will take place in Union Square, including live performances, a green vehicle runway and exhibition plus exhibits and displays by local and national environmental organizations, local businesses, and corporate partners. This year’s indoor activities happen inside Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall; stop by for live performances, kids' activities, sustainability talks, and interactive displays.

Blessing of the Bikes at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine
Don’t count on it to replace your helmet, but by all accounts it’s a fun event: Reverend Tom will offer a quick blessing for your ride at this only-in-New-York gathering at the celebrated uptown cathedral. Whether you’re a fixie-riding buddhist or a spandex-clad atheist, all denominations, faiths and bike tribes are welcome.
