Sunset Wednesday (and Sunday Brunch) at Wave Hill

Bela Lugosi’s Dead, Vampires Live Forever at BAM
For anyone who knows—or needs to be convinced—that the vampire craze didn’t start with Sookie Stackhouse, this two month series of truly bloody classics (Nosferatu, Dracula’s Daughter, Nadja) is worth venturing out in daylight.

Dueling Bingos promises to be a rare chance to spend an evening playing bingo against the likes of comedian John Oliver (The Daily Show), actor Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), writer Eric Gilliland (Roseanne) and author Sarah Vowell (The Wordy Shipmates). The winner gets a dinner for two, and all proceeds go to support free workshops and homework help offered for NYC students.
