This St. Patty’s Day, get your Irish up and crawl the pubs or help some worthy creatures: The St. Pawtrick’s Day for the Humane Society of New York party invites you to join top-tier party people like Tinsley Mortimer and Wendy Diamond (and their pampered pooches) for a paws-in-the-air celebration to benefit our four-legged friends (Wednesday, March 16, 6-8 p.m.; the Muse Hotel, 130 West 46th Street.
