"This attractive, 5-story, red-brick, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1883 and converted to a cooperative in 1986 and has 39 apartments.

The building has sidewalk landscaping, inconsistent fenestration, balconies, and protruding air-conditioners. It has no doorman, no garage, and no health club."
