Carter’s Review

"This handsome, red-brick apartment building on one of the nicest blocks on this major cross-street was erected in 1958 and converted to a cooperative in 1971. The 20-story building has 206 apartments.

This location is very desirable for families because it is only a block away from Carl Schurz Park to the east and excellent private schools are nearby. Crosstown bus service is excellent and the York Avenue buses cross midtown at 57th Street. Subways, however, are not nearby."
